Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). After your order is processed, it will be handed over to our courier partner for delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can track your parcel.

Shipping Charges

Flat Shipping Rate: Rs. 200 on orders below Rs. 3,000
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status of their order.
Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct when placing the order.
If a courier attempts delivery and the package is not received, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.
